DAY 1/ Airport - Amman

​

Meeting at the airport by a representative of the company. Transfer to Amman. Hotel accommodation.

DAY 2/ Amman - Jordan River - Mount Nebo - Madaba - Amman Tour - Amman

 

Breakfast, followed by moving to Bethany, located on the banks of the Jordan River - a sacred place for all religious pilgrims, it was there where the Baptism of Jesus Christ by John the Baptist took place, where he lived and preached. Opportunity to bathe in the river. Excursion to Mount Nebo - the pride of Jordan, a holy place and a stunning corner of the earth, which is captured in the Book of Books - the Bible, which became the alleged place of the death of the prophet Moses, and most importantly, the place where God showed him the Promised Land. Excursion to the city of mosaics - Madaba. Visiting the Church of St. George, where you will have the opportunity to see a mosaic map of the Holy Land (VI century, original dimensions 25 by 5 m.), depicting the territory from the Phoenician city of Tire (Lebanon) to the Nile Delta in Egypt (in the center - Jerusalem with a layout that time). Moving to Amman. Sightseeing tour of the capital of Jordan, with a visit to the Citadel, the Umayyad Palace, the Roman amphitheater, miraculously preserved to this day and representing a huge historical and cultural heritage of the country. Return to the hotel and dinner.

DAY 3/ Amman - Petra - Wadi Rum

​

Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer and excursion to Petra - a city that was already inhabited in prehistoric times and was the capital of the Nabatean Kingdom. Petra was located between the Red and Dead Seas, and was also an important crossroads for trade caravan routes between Arabian Peninsula, Egypt and Syria. Petra is a city half built, half carved into the rock, surrounded by mountains with meandering gorges one of the most important archaeological sites in the world and is currently one of the existing 7 wonders of the world. Here, oriental traditions of architecture are intertwined with Hellenistic ones. This is the place that is worth seeing, as it will definitely not leave anyone indifferent. Transfer to the charming desert of Wadi Rum, the largest in Jordan, with one of the most impressive landscapes in the world. Jeep safari in Wadi Rum. Accommodation in the camp and dinner in a Bedouin tradition.

DAY 4/ Wadi Rum - Aqaba

​

Breakfast. Moving to Aqaba - the southernmost resort city of Jordan, located on the Red Sea coast. City tour. Accommodation at the hotel and rest on the Red Sea. Dinner.

DAY 5/ Aqaba - Wadi Araba Border

​

Breakfast. Rest on the Red Sea. Transfer to the border of Wadi Araba for departure.
